How to get answers faster and more easily than with a telephone call.
You can use EasyHelp 24 hours a day 7 days a week to have your questions answered quickly. EasyHelp is an interactive FAQ system that enables you to quickly and easily find answers to any questions you may have about your card, OneAccount or university refund. When you read an answer you can rate the answer and give feedback on how it helped you. Over time this means EasyHelp will become even more useful to you and your friends.

Why is EasyHelp better than calling? Because all the answers are there!
The answers in EasyHelp are the same answers that Higher One's customer service representatives have available to them to answer your questions. Also, when you search for an answer EasyHelp will automatically suggest several possible answers so you can figure out the answer that is most relevant to your question.

EasyHelp Basics
It really is easy! EasyHelp answers are available by going here. If you need to ask a question or review your support history, login to your OneAccount and select the "EasyHelp" option from the "Help" menu.

The EasyHelp system offers three tabs for you to use.

  1. The "Answers" Tab
    Always try the "Answers" tab first. We try to write answers for every question we receive and provide that information on the "Answers" tab for our customers to search quickly and easily. When we get a new question, the first thing we do is create a new answer.

  2. The "Ask a Question" Tab - Only available if you have a confirmed email address
    If you are unable to find an answer, you can use the "Ask a Question" tab. This is the new feature Higher One is providing for you to contact our customer service representatives that allows you to ask a question online and submit it securely. This also makes it easier to track your service requests!

  3. The "Support History" Tab - Only available if you have a confirmed email address
    This section will help you track your service requests. It will include feedback you have submitted, questions you have asked and answers you have received.


How to use each section of EasyHelp

 Answers Tab

Click this tab to search the knowledge base for answers using drop-down menus and search text. You can view a list of answers, sort answers, and page up or down. Click arrowdownto sort a column in descending order or arrowupto sort the column in ascending order. To view "answer details", click the subject link.

 "Answer Details"
An answer details page includes the question and answer. From one of these pages, you can do the following:
  • Notify me by Email if this Answer is Updated - Click this button to subscribe to an answer. Each time this answer is updated, you will be notified by email.
  • Email Answer - Click this link to send the answer to an email address. You will be prompted for the recipient's email address.
  • Print Answer - Click this link to print the answer.
  • Submit Rating - This button allows you to rate the effectiveness of the answer.

 Ask a Question Tab

When you are unable to find your answer by searching EasyHelp, you can submit a question to Higher One Customer Service. If you do not already have an EasyHelp account, you will be asked for required contact information before your question is submitted.

 Support History Tab

This tab contains your personal account information. You will need to log in to access these pages.

Click this sub-tab to view the list of all questions you have submitted. You can check the status of these questions, view the details of each question, update questions with new information, or indicate you no longer need an answer. To view the details to each question or update the information, click the subject link to view the details for that question. From there, you can update your question or indicate you no longer need an answer to the question.

Click this sub-tab to view all the answers you have subscribed to and view the answers expiration dates. You will receive notifications by email when an answer you subscribed to is updated. Click the subject link to view more information about the answer. From there, you can delete the notification.
